Cultural diplomacy has gained prominence in the realm of international relations, becoming a valuable tool for countries to enhance their global image, build relationships, and extend their influence. This paper introduces the concept of Cultural Diplomacy, which is relatively new in the context of Kosovo's foreign policy and international public relations. Kosovo boasts a wealth of cultural heritage, and many nations place art and culture at the forefront of their promotional endeavors. These nations understand that showcasing their cultural legacy offers an opportunity to express their identity, shape a positive image, and advance their political objectives.
The study's findings will enhance our comprehension of the role of cultural diplomacy in international relations and offer valuable insights for Kosovo as it seeks to leverage cultural diplomacy for better international relationships. So in a word, cultural diplomacy also helps in the security of Kosovo and can be used as a tool to strengthen security.
